The Kenilworth Assembly Hall is the ideal location for both corporate and not-for-profit events. Whether you are looking to host an off-site company meeting or a large not-for-profit fundraiser, we can help you create the perfect setting. Located steps away from the Kenilworth Metra train stop, we are a quick 25-minute train ride from downtown Chicago. The Assembly Hall combines a national historic building with state-of-the-art amenities, providing everything your organization needs for meetings, corporate events, and fundraisers.

Our A/V system, which includes a rear-projected 180″ ultra-high definition movie/projection screen, JBL surround sound speakers, wireless microphones, and high-speed internet is ideal for presenting PowerPoint presentations or showing videos showcasing your cause. We also offer free high-speed Wi-Fi to keep everybody connected. The Ballroom can be configured in a multitude of setups and closed off for privacy with original floor-to-ceiling accordion doors. Take advantage of the beautiful weather and have break-out sessions on our new 1,700 sq ft brick Community Patio. We even have an on-site, professional kitchen for team-building cooking classes or for catering your entire day. With these amenities, an idyllic locale near public transport, and just blocks from Lake Michigan, your staff, colleagues, and guests will leave energized and inspired.

Rental rates include the space, tables, chairs, bars and on-site staff members. Ivory china, silverware, and all glassware is included when using one of our preferred caterers. A $500 fee is due if renter must use an outside caterer and pay an additional $150 for use of the china, silverware and glassware. We also set up the room with all the tables and chairs per your final floor plan, prior to your arrival. We then break down all the tables and chairs, as well as clean up after your event. Prices include 2 hours for set-up and 1 hour for breakdown, outside of your rental time.
