What are the times I can rent the Kenilworth Assembly Hall?

You may rent from 8:00am until Midnight. Sound Ordinance for the Village ofKenilworth is midnight. All rentals are per an hourly rate.

How many people can the hall hold?

Our grand ballroom can hold 200 guests for a seated dinner or 300 for a stand up cocktail hour. All capacities are subject to the floor plan chosen.

What payments are due at the time of booking?

A refundable damage deposit and half the booking fee will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining amount is due 60 days prior to the event. We currently accept cash, money order, or check.

How much does it cost to rent?

All rental fees are based on the residence of the renter as well as the hours of rental. Please contact our office for a more detailed quote.

What happens if my event is cancelled?

You will receive a full refund if it is within 90 days of the event. If the event is cancelled within 89-60 days prior, you will receive a 50% refund. For any events less than 60 days to the event, you will forfeit the rental fees. This does not include the deposit.

Where can my guests park?

After 10am on weekdays and all times on the weekend, your guests may park on the streets surrounding the hall. The rear entrance is reserved for deliveries and staff.

Do you have preferred caterers?

Yes! Please review our preferred caterers page for the list.

Can I choose a caterer not on the list?

We prefer you to choose of the list provided. If the caterer of your choice is due to cultural or religious needs, the option may be discussed. Additional Fees may be applied.

What is included in the rental?

We provide the space, tables, and chairs. We also have a sound system and bridal suite.The working fireplace and projection equipment is available for an extra fee. The KAH is able to assist with linens from our preferred company.

Do I have to choose the Vendor Coordinator Package?

No, this package is optional. It is available to help you through the planning process if wanted.

What is considered Peak Season for the Vendor Coordinator Packages?

Peak Season is May through October. November through April is Off Peak

We do! You can see our floor plan here

Can I tour the facility?

Yes! We encourage it. We are available for tours Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
