What are the times I can rent the Kenilworth Assembly Hall?
Rental hours are from 8:00 am – midnight. All events need to end at midnight due to the Village of Kenilworth sound ordinance.
How many people can the hall hold?
Our grand ballroom can accommodate 200 guests for a seated dinner or 300 for a stand up cocktail hour. All capacities are subject to the floor plan chosen.
How much does it cost to rent the Assembly Hall?

What is included in the rental?
We provide the space, tables, chairs, ivory china, silverware, the use of two bars, all glassware and an on-site staff member. We also set up the room with all the tables and chairs, per your final floor plan, prior to your arrival. We then break down all the tables and chairs, as well as clean up after your event.
Can I have my ceremony or cocktail hour outside?
Yes! One of our unique features is our stunning outdoor space. For $500, you can rent the entire lawn and set up chairs, a bar, even a tent if you like. The possibilities are endless!
Where can my guests park?
Monday – Friday, guests can park anywhere on the streets surrounding the Assembly Hall after 10:00 am. On the weekends, all the streets around the Assembly Hall are available including the Metro station parking spaces. The rear entrance parking spaces are reserved for staff and deliveries.
