Our preferred caterers offer a wide range of options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and our staff can pair you with the perfect one to fit your budget and culinary preference. Rental rates include the space, tables, chairs, bars and on-site staff members. Ivory china, silverware, and all glassware is included when using one of our preferred caterers. A $500 fee is due if renter must use an outside caterer and pay an additional $150 for use of the china, silverware and glassware. We also set up the room with all the tables and chairs per your final floor plan, prior to your arrival. We then break down all the tables and chairs, as well as clean up after your event. Prices include 2 hours for set-up and 1 hour for breakdown, outside of your rental time.
